Job summary

HDR is seeking a Communications Strategist to shape the Architecture practice’s visibility across digital channels. The role blends channel strategy, content development, analytics, and sector storytelling, serving as a creator and integrator for high-visibility campaigns.

You will oversee Architecture’s social media, develop organic and paid strategies, and support broad campaign goals while reporting on performance and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field.
• 5+ years in a communications field: social media, events, marketing, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CMS.
• Experience reviewing digital channel performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture practice's social media and channel strategy.
• Draft and refine organic social content and calendar.
• Manage Sprout Social operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Corporate Social Media teams for alignment.
• Provide insights on strategy and industry trends.
• Support email marketing, website updates, and audits.
