Steelman Partners seeks an Architect Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead design and execution from concept through construction. You will guide a team of architects and designers to deliver innovative spaces while mentoring team members and coordinating with clients and consultants.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, technical detailing, and construction administration with relocation assistance provided to Las Vegas.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in architecture or interior design is required.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural practice is required.
• Licensed Architects will have job title adjusted to 'Project Architect'.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage one or more projects.
• Implement client and consultant communications and coordination.
• Create project scheduling and milestone delivery.
• Manage project team utilization based on project fees.
• Utilize strong understanding of building systems and technical detailing.
• Execute the construction administration phase of projects.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance to specifications.
• Process RFIs and submittals.
• Integrate design intent with technical aspects of the project.
• Lead project meetings and discussions.
• Provide mentorship and direct work to team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
