Steelman Partners LLP is seeking a seasoned Architect Project Manager to lead a design team and drive projects from concept through build. You will mentor staff while balancing creativity with technical know-how to deliver exceptional spaces.

The role requires relocation to Las Vegas, NV, with relocation assistance provided. A Master’s degree and licensure as applicable are preferred, along with strong AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam skills.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in architecture or interior design.
• 7+ years of experience required.
• Professional licensure may apply for Project Architect title.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and building codes.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage one or more projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate client and consultant communications and scheduling.
• Create project milestones and track delivery.
• Manage project team utilization based on project fees and scope.
• Guide construction administration and review shop drawings for compliance.
• Mentor team members and develop client relationships for repeat business.
