OHM Advisors in Michigan is seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to lead the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and construction documents, collaborating with Project Architects, Interior Designers, and a multidisciplinary team to translate design intent into coordinated plans for bidding and construction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, 8+ years of commercial architecture experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans communicating design intent for bidding and construction.
• Assist Project Architects, Interior Designers and allied disciplines in applying architectural, engineering, design, and construction principles.
• Review and draft plans and details per project design requirements and company standards.
• Support preparation and coordination of construction documents with Project Architects and Interior Designers.
• Assist with project filing, organization, and documentation throughout all phases.
• Perform detailed field measurements and documentation.
• Prepare and submit applications for plan review to local jurisdictions.
• Complete assigned project responsibilities within schedules and deadlines.
• Take initiative to move tasks toward completion.
• Apply new design strategies and industry practices.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
