We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of architects providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
• Oversee the development of architectural plans including drawings, specifications and cost estimates
• Review and approve project proposals, budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders

Salary: $1200 per month (part‑time position)

Location: Atlanta. Remote work is possible.
