Program Information

During the summer intern program, interns gain hands‑on project experience, develop technical skills, and put classroom knowledge into action. Interns are assigned meaningful work and given opportunities similar to full‑time employees.

  • Networking opportunities to meet other interns, staff, and senior leaders across the business.
  • Learning about our services, projects, and clients.
  • Professional development workshops, including a career planning workshop and a DiSC assessment to learn more about themselves and how to work effectively with others.
  • Summer‑long group project where interns work alongside firm leaders to address issues that will impact our future strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited university is required.
  • Candidate must be proficient in REVIT, Sketch‑up, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Digital and traditional rendering abilities and graphic experience a plus.
  • Candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills, clear design thinking, and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Should possess a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic, and be team‑oriented.
