Zohorecruit in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Architecture to lead the Architecture Department's strategy, design excellence, and client service. You will manage finances, staffing, and growth while staying engaged in key projects and mentoring staff.

The role demands a Professional degree in Architecture with a Registered Architect license, 12–15+ years of experience in project management, operations, and design leadership, and a proven ability to grow an architecture practice.

Formación

• Professional degree in Architecture and Licensed Architect (Ohio registration or ability to obtain preferred).
• 12–15+ years of progressively responsible architectural experience spanning project management, operations, and design leadership.
• Demonstrated passion for mentoring junior staff and growing an architecture team.
• Strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, building codes, QA/QC, and construction administration.
• Proven track record managing project finances, department utilization, and client relationships.
• Public-sector/federal and multidisciplinary A/E project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and management for the Architecture Department including financial performance, client service, staffing, and growth.
• Lead department operations while staying connected to active design work and mentoring younger staff.
• Drive strategic development of the architecture practice and ensure design quality across projects.
