$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture & Design Manager position include:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
Licensed or certified professional with strong leadership, business development, and client management experience.
Oversee architectural practice within the Design Division, including staffing, client relationships, design leadership, and financial performance.
Serve as Architect of Record as needed and take ownership of risk management, contracts, and financial oversight.
Lead and mentor a team while maintaining studio performance and economic success.
Ensure quality standards, software tools, training materials, and design templates are maintained and improved.
Contribute to strategic leadership and play a key role in advancing the firm’s business and cultural identity.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and integrate new design platforms.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
