Greenberg Farrow is seeking a Construction Administrator to support architecture projects across the Southeast. You will work with project teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring design integrity and timely construction documentation.

The Construction Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of architectural and construction projects across the Southeast. Reporting to the Managing Director or Studio Director, this position is responsible for supporting project scope, schedule, and budget while working collaboratively with the Project Architect, Project Designer, and multidisciplinary internal teams. The Construction Administrator helps maintain design integrity, oversees construction-phase documentation, and ensures that projects progress efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with firm standards. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple concurrent projects with confidence and clarity.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
This position requires working closely with a team of in-house architects, interior designers, planners, landscape architects, and consultants on multiple projects with a variety of project diversity throughout the Southeast to meet scheduled deliverables. The successful candidate must be a leader, self-starter, organized, flexible, and possess a strong work ethic. The following duties are normal for the position. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and or benefits in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
Employees paid on a bi-weekly basis, consisting of 26 pay periods annually, and is issued in arrears. Direct deposit is available.

Work may be performed in a standard office setting, onsite at client locations, and or on active construction or project sites. Work environments may include exposure to weather conditions, uneven terrain, construction equipment, and other site-related conditions.
