Greenberg Farrow is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead project‑level QA/QC efforts across architectural rollout programs and production teams. You will act as a technical resource, guiding teams to improve quality, reduce risk, and ensure code compliance.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading Project-level quality control efforts for the architectural rollout programs and production teams. This position serves as a technical resource to project teams and works collaboratively with the architectural teams to improve project quality, reduce risk, enhance coordination, and promote best practices.
This position may have supervisory responsibilities and may provide technical oversight, mentorship, and review direction to Architects, Project Managers, and other production staff.

Conduct quality reviews of drawings, specifications, reports, and consultant deliverables to ensure completeness, coordination, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
Identify and resolve technical deficiencies, inconsistencies, omissions, and interdisciplinary coordination conflicts with project teams.
Provide technical guidance on best practices, construction documentation standards, risk management, and code compliance.
Support construction administration efforts by evaluating project issues and identifying quality-related concerns.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the firm's QA/QC program, standards, procedures, checklists, and quality management tools.
Assist with employee training on quality standards, document production, technical compliance, and QA/QC procedures.
Prepare, edit, and maintain project specifications.
Exceptional technical knowledge of architectural construction documentation and building systems.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, life-safety requirements, and industry standards.
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, detailing, and specifications.
Extensive knowledge of retail and restaurant project delivery.
Strong understanding of CSI MasterFormat specifications.
Through understanding of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to identify coordination issues and technical risks before project issuance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback while fostering positive working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
Thorough understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement processes.
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintains a professional presence during virtual meetings. When participating in meetings through Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing platforms, employees are expected to be on camera unless otherwise approved or circumstances prevent camera use.
Ability to work in-office at least 4 days per week, with 1 remote day.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from anaccredited institution.
Registered Architect preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in an architectural practice.
Extensive experience producing and reviewing construction documents.
Demonstrated experience with quality assurance, quality control, code compliance, and technical review processes.
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, mixed‑use, institutional, healthcare, or similar project types preferred.
CSI certifications are a plus.

Where required by applicable law, the pay range for this position is provided in the job posting. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and or benefits in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
Employees paid on a bi-weekly basis, consisting of 26 pay periods annually, and is issued in arrears. Direct deposit is available.
