GreenbergFarrow (GF) in Charleston, SC, seeks a Construction Administration Coordinator to manage scope, schedule, and budget on various projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure high-quality delivery on time.

The Construction Administration Coordinator reports to a Managing Director and is responsible for scope, schedule, and budget. The person works under the management direction and in cooperation with the Project Architect and Project Designer to develop high‑quality design on time and within budget.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requires working closely with a team of in‑house architects, interior designers, planners, landscape architects, and consultants on multiple projects throughout the Southeast to meet scheduled deliverables. The successful candidate must be a leader, self‑starter, organized, flexible, and possess a strong work ethic. The following duties are normal for the position.

Employees are paid bi‑weekly. Direct deposit is available.
