Blue Signal LLC. is seeking an experienced architecture executive for a CEO/COO role to shape the organization’s vision and establish the operating foundation for a growing enterprise.

You will influence strategy, operations, integration, and long‑term growth with visibility to the ownership group. Key responsibilities include setting the operating agenda, building scalable frameworks, and guiding the transition and integration of acquired architecture practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the architecture sector with senior operating leadership experience (COO, principal or managing partner).
• Proven track record delivering profitability, delivery discipline, and workforce planning across multiple offices.
• Ability to communicate with ownership groups and manage integration of acquired practices.

Responsibilities

• Set the operating agenda across project execution, talent deployment, client service, technology, and financial results.
• Develop operating frameworks to standardize performance while preserving culture and market strengths.
• Lead integration of newly acquired architecture entities, coordinating leadership, processes, and systems; travel across the U.S. for firm visits and initiatives.
