PrimeDefense USA is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington DC. You will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements.

The role involves collaboration with architects and engineers, preparation of detailed drawings, site visits, and creating 2D/3D models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers in the development of building designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor construction progress.
• Use specialized software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings.
