We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for using your technical and design skills to assist architects in developing construction plans and drawings for buildings and other structures. This role requires a strong attention to detail creative problem-solving abilities and proficiency in architectural software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects to develop construction plans and drawings
• Utilize architectural software to create accurate and detailed designs
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
• Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating with contractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary

$1200 per month negotiable based on experience

Location

Washington; willingness to travel within the city for site visits
