We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington.

As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects including creating technical drawings conducting site surveys and researching materials and building codes.

You will work closely with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and gather information for project planning
• Research materials and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to develop project plans
• Prepare reports estimates and proposals for clients

• Ensure that all designs meet safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or related role
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary $1800 per month
