Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings for construction projects.
• Utilize CAD software to create technical drawings of designs.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, timelines, and specifications.
• Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all project designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
