Rance Booth Smith Architects Ltd are seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist with good all-round experience to join our team in our Saltaire based Practice. Rance Booth Smith Architects are a lively, forward thinking, award winning architectural practice who are committed to producing dynamic, high-quality design solutions for our clients, within budget and time constraints. We have a diverse portfolio, working within several sectors, including commercial, education, public authority and residential.

The practice offers four core services: architecture, interiors, sustainability and conservation. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate the experience of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

Excellent Revit skills will be required. Degree in Architectural Technology, Membership of CIAT and three years post qualification experience. You should have experience of managing contracts either with JCT or NEC contracts and experienced in putting together technical drawing and specification packages for tender purposes. The candidate should have a good level of design flair alongside strong organisational skills.

Candidates must be eligible to work within the UK and hold a UK valid driver’s license.
