We are a reputable architectural firm seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in the bustling city of Us. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design development and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings, conducting on-site visits to assess progress and compliance with plans, and liaising with contractors and other professionals involved in the project.

To excel in this role you should have a strong background in architecture and construction as well as advanced knowledge of CAD software. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
• Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
• Communicate effectively with contractors and other professionals involved in the project
