Job summary

David Carpenter Architect is seeking an ambitious architect to join our team and contribute to a range of projects in community buildings, residential developments, and industrial schemes. You will help deliver designs from concept through technical detailing.

Candidates should have Archicad/Revit proficiency, minimum 3 years of practice, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication within a team of consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Archicad and Revit must be demonstrated.
• Minimum 3 years of professional practice with ability to contribute at all RIBA Stages.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work within set timescales.
• Strong communication skills within a team of colleagues, consultants and clients.
• Strong design skills and ability to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of planning and building warrant processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a range of varied architectural projects across listed sectors.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants and clients.
• Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings and specifications.
