We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in the US As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects This role requires someone with strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and produce technical drawings
• Conduct research on materials building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Prepare specifications for materials and construction methods
• Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate with clients contractors and other stakeholders regarding project progress and changes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the US
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Compensation

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month Accommodation may also be provided if needed
