Job summary

Toll Architecture, part of Toll Brothers, seeks an Architectural Business Partner for our Westborough, MA division. This hybrid role will bridge planning, design, permitting, and construction across multiple projects, guiding product development to meet buyer demographics.

As ABP you will balance division needs with Architecture initiatives, coordinate work orders, manage the design library, and support field teams with clear, timely communication.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Experience with design/construction document coordination and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Division and Architectural teams from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with in-house and outside Architects to maintain schedules and standards.
• Oversee product libraries and design exhibits to align with department initiatives.
• Provide field support, document site visits, and communicate progress to leadership.
