Toll Architecture – Orlando, Florida is seeking a Regional Architectural Business Partner – Licensed Architect to join our Toll Brothers division. The role serves as liaison between Division and Architectural teams, guiding projects from Planning and Design through Permitting and Construction for multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural projects from planning through construction.
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs with department initiatives.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new work orders and revisions with in-house/outside teams.
• Coordinate with Division leadership to forecast workload and milestones.
• Maintain design/construction documents and product libraries for consistency.
• Provide field support and ensure alignment with specs and standards.
• Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service to the Division.
• Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
