Job summary

Toll Architecture seeks an Architectural Business Partner to act as the liaison between the Division and Architectural teams, managing from Planning through Permitting and Construction for multiple projects in Charlotte and Greenville.

The ABP will forecast product needs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure on-time startup and alignment with buyer demographics. Strong collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of the local residential market including jurisdictional req. for plan sets and permitting.
• Strong understanding of the Residential Building Code(s) in effect.
• Field experience and knowledge of local construction methodology.
• 3-5 years as a Project Manager (or sim. role) in a high-volume homebuilding operation, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Organized and punctual with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new work orders and revisions with in-house and outside Architectural teams.
• Participate in regular operational meetings to stay aligned on workload and drive results.
• Oversee and update the product library of in-house and outside plan sets for consistency.
• Maintain Design and Construction Exhibits to guide product development.
• Provide excellent customer service to the Division and balance cross-functional needs.
• Coordinate and audit work of Architects to ensure scopes align with standards.
• Establish realistic project schedules and share progress with stakeholders.
• Communicate scheduling challenges and workload needs to ABP leadership.
• Review artwork and marketing materials for alignment with documents and specs.
• Provide timely field support and attend site visits for revisions.
