Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Staff (Level 1) to join our Client Programs Market team in Seattle, WA. You will support production and delivery of contract documents and coordinate with engineering consultants, contributing to ground-up project delivery.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, have 3+ years in a professional firm, and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, with familiarity in SketchUp and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project design, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with design/visualization tools including Sketch‑Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, and Enscape.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for written/verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of contract deliverables including design drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Fire, and Civil consultants.
• Provide administrative support: agendas, minutes, change trackers, reports.
• Assist with code research and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with cost estimators for design updates.
