Job summary

Graham Baba Architects in Seattle, WA is seeking an Architectural Staff with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a diverse mix of projects from kiosks to large master plans. The role emphasizes design-first and human-centered principles within a collaborative, small-firm environment.

You will assist with design concepts, drawings, models, code research, and coordination with consultants, while developing skills across multiple project types and scales; a strong graphic communication ability

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in architecture on collaborative project teams.
  • Strong graphic communication and ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Curious, adaptable and able to work across a range of project types and sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design concepts and develop concepts into practical solutions.
  • Prepare drawings, models (physical and virtual), diagrams, and presentation materials.
  • Support code research, zoning analysis, and regulatory coordination.
  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants.
  • Assist with construction administration and marketing content.
