Job summary

An architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Specifier / Quality Controller to ensure technical and design excellence across education and housing projects. The role involves creating comprehensive project specification manuals, quality control reviews, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of construction products, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit and specification editing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of specification writing.
• Experience preparing architectural specifications using AIA MasterSpec.
• CSI certification preferred and LEED Accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce Project Manuals using the Construction Specification Institute documents.
• Review drawings for quality control and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Work on multiple concurrent projects and provide Quality Control Reviews.
