Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial construction with architectural sheet metal installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate sheet metal installation, procurement, layout, fabrication, and installation.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to develop schedules.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and safety and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely material delivery and waste minimization.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project specs and address deviations promptly.
• Maintain documentation for daily reports, change orders, and invoicing.
