Qualifications

• Commercial sheet metal experience with ability to lead crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple sheet metal crews on commercial project sites.
• Provide direction to Journeymen, Mid-Level Journeymen, and Helpers.
• Coordinate sheet metal activities with the jobsite Superintendent and other trades.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Monitor daily progress and communicate project needs to the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project requirements.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, quality, and productivity among field crews.
