What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with architects and other design community members to influence specifications
- Manage national accounts and oversee the brand approval process for specifications
- Implement marketing strategies for distributor customers and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain a project pipeline in CRM and document all sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical assistance and manage the sales process through distribution channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, specifically in architectural channels
- Strong understanding of the architectural specification process and experience promoting to architects and designers
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Affiliations with organizations such as CSI, CDT, AIA, or LEED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot
