What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with architects and other design community members
- Influence the architectural specification process with Specification Writers/Creators
- Manage national accounts and oversee the master specification and brand approval process
- Implement marketing strategies for distributor customers and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain project pipeline in CRM and document all activities related to specified/submitted projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, influencing specifications through architectural channels
- Strong understanding of the architectural specification process with experience promoting to architects, designers, and specifiers
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Affiliations with CSI, CDT, AIA, LEED, or similar organizations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
