Pella is seeking an Architectural Representative to build long-term relationships with architects and designers in St. Louis.

This role focuses on generating project leads, favorable specifications, and high-volume sales growth by promoting Pella products to the architecture and design community. The ideal candidate has direct architecture or architectural sales experience (5+ years), strong communication, and knowledge of building codes and design concepts.

Formación

• Direct experience in architecture or architectural sales (5+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and promote Pella offerings within the architecture and design community.
• Pursue new architect and designer prospects and project leads weekly.
• Develop knowledge of architectural concepts, codes, and building practices.
• Present product demonstrations and continuing education to groups.
• Read, interpret, and take-off blueprints accurately.
• Communicate effectively on installation systems and design writing.
• Stay current on building science concepts relevant to architects.
• Engage with AIA, CSI, HBA and industry events.
• Use CRM to collect account and project information and manage leads.
• Coordinate project quotes and management within Pella systems.
• Represent Pella professionally and uphold high standards.
• Collaborate across teams to support Pella culture.
• Develop a focused target list of architect prospects to accelerate activity.
