Associa in North Carolina is seeking an Architectural Review Coordinator (ARC) Modifications Liaison to join the Brunswick Forest Master Association on-site. This full-time role supports ARC submittals, document management, and owner communications.
Responsibilities include preparing letters, updating forms, conducting limited inspections, and coordinating with owners via phone, email, and Vantaca. Proficiency in Adobe, Word, and Excel is required; Photoshop and Chief Architect are preferred.

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is seeking an experienced full time Architectural Review Coordinator (ARC) Modifications Liaison to work on-site at Brunswick Forest Master Association- a property that is 4,500 acres and will potentially have 4-6,000+ owners at build-out with 30+ separate neighborhood Associations. It is one of the fastest growing communities in the southeastern Unites States.
This position is a full‑time, 40 hour per week role with benefits.
The candidate will also be trained on various Assistant Community Manager functions to support the team.
