Job summary

Atlas Molded Products, a Division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, seeks an Architectural Regional Sales Manager for the Central Region. This role may be located near Byron Center, MI, Fond du Lac WI, Kansas City KS, Perryville MO, or Washington IA. Frequent travel is required.

The incumbent will develop sales strategies, supervise Territory Sales Representatives and Sales Agents, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and technical support to hit profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years' sales/marketing in manufacturing/industrial. Master’s degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current accounts and develop new ones.
• Promote Atlas products across Industrial and Architectural channels.
• Conduct customer trainings on products and services.
• Attend shows and industry events as needed.
• Manage and coach regional sales team to meet plans.
