Job summary

HeatherDaniel International seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-outs and landlord capital projects in San Francisco. You will oversee architects, general contractors, engineers, and sub-consultants, managing budgets, schedules, and quality to deliver high-visibility assets.

We require 4–8+ years in PM within CRE or construction, with CM consultancy or Owner's Representation preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years PM experience in the commercial real estate or construction sector.
• Prior experience in a Construction Management consultancy or Owner's Representation firm is highly preferred; candidates from Engineering, General Contracting, or Architectural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong presentation skills, commercial acumen, and confidence in managing project scenarios and client briefings.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery for commercial interior fit-outs, landlord capital projects, and building repositioning.
• Manage master project schedules, budget tracking, change orders, and monthly executive reporting.
• Direct project team meetings, lead site inspections, and present strategic solutions to client stakeholders.
• Build strong long-term relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and project partners.

Role Profile

We are seeking and excellent Project Manager to lead project execution from inception to completion across major San Francisco assets. You will act as the key client liaison, overseeing architects, general contractors, engineers, and sub-consultants while managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
