Job summary

Jacobs Wyper Architects is seeking an Architectural Project Manager focused on Science & Technology projects in Philadelphia. You will guide design teams, interface with clients, and oversee schedules and budgets.

8+ years in architecture, 3+ years in PM with lab/tech experience, and proficiency in Revit and Deltek are preferred. Bachelor's or master's in architecture; strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required.
• 2+ years of PM experience with S&T projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lab planning and related codes.
• Ability to plan, organize, track progress, and reallocate resources.
• Excellent client service, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and Deltek is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of design projects with varying scales and complexity.
• Assist with proposal development and estimating fees and scope of services.
• Prepare work plans, communicate them to the team, and verify progress.
• Monitor design fees and project financial performance in Deltek.
• Attend client meetings and interface with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with Project Architects to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Serve as primary client liaison to ensure schedule, budgets, and scope are met.
• Advocate for teamwork, quality, and design excellence throughout the project.
