JacobsWyper Architects, a full-service design firm, seeks a Project Manager, Science and Technology to lead planning and execution of complex projects from inception through completion.
The role requires strong client engagement, coordination with design teams, and oversight of subconsultants and engineering partners to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals, with focus on laboratory and scientific facilities.
LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required
REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: Professional architectural license preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years, 3 years of project management experience with a focus on S & T Projects
Target salary range: Commensurate with experience
JacobsWyper Architects (JWA), a full-service design firm working in a variety of market sectors, is seeking a Project Manager, Science and Technology to join our team. This position will focus on planning and execution of projects from inception through completion. The Project Manager will engage directly with clients to track and organize project progress, collaborate with other team members, and occasionally review team members' and/or consultants' work while developing design and technical solutions throughout all phases of a project. The Project Manager will also be responsible for subconsultants and engineering partners under the design contract.
