Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a program client.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary design interface with clients and consultants, maintaining proactive communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Estimate design fees, develop proposals, change orders, invoices, and participate in collection processes for architectural projects.
• Produce project schedules, work plans, and coordinate staffing and priorities for projects.
• Oversee budget, program, and schedule to meet client requirements and firm profitability.
• Mentor and direct project team members including new hires and interns.
