Job summary

Klover Architects, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with experience leading design and construction documentation from concept through administration. The PM will direct daily activities, maintain project budgets, and ensure BIM integration across projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture, 5–7 years in architecture/project management, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years related experience in architecture and project management.
• Architectural registration preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Less than 10 percent travel to local construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team.
• Leads team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems.
• Establish, maintain, and adhere to project budget and schedule.
• Prepares client presentations and presents design concepts and drawings.
• Ensures that construction detail documentation conforms to QA/QC and company standards.
• Assists in planning and conducting work making minor adaptations to complete working drawing sets.
