Job summary

WRA Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design development, and construction administration for education and municipal facilities.

The ideal candidate will have NAAB-accredited architecture credentials, a U.S. license, and 5+ years of experience with at least 2 in management, plus a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and design excellence.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect in the U.S. (TX/OK preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in architecture with at least 2 in leadership/management.
• Experience with PreK-12 and Higher Education and/or municipal facilities; portfolio/work samples required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team through all design phases: planning to construction administration.
• Coordinate consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc.) on projects.
• Report to PIC and maintain clear client communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee construction to ensure plans and specs are followed and costs stay within budget.
