MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join the Client Programs Market team in Portland, OR. You will lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery on global/national building programs, focusing on schedule, budget, and quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture/design, proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD, and collaboration tools like Bluebeam/Miro/Teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
Licensed professional preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
Ability to read, write and understand English for job-related communications.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams through all project phases ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, budget, and MG2 quality standards.
Ensure contracts are in place before starting deliverables.
Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
Develop project charters with QA/QC plans.
Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
Monitor project financial status and perform reviews with leadership.
Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders.
Lead internal and external project meetings.
Participate in Quality Control procedures for external deliverables.
Oversee Construction Administration including RFI/submittal reviews and site visits.
Host debrief meetings after construction; identify service improvements.
Manage closeout procedures aligned with contract terms.
Manage resources and ensure project profitability.
Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews for team members.
