MODIS Architects, LLC in Miami is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to join our architectural team. This role supports planning, coordination, and execution of projects under the guidance of a Project Manager III or Senior Project Manager.

The ideal candidate brings strong architectural knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with similar project types.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with construction/project management platforms such as Procore or PlanGrid preferred.
• Working knowledge of building codes, life-safety requirements, accessibility standards, and permitting processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables across internal teams and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure established schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in client management and maintaining professional relationships.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination efforts.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
