Job summary

Datrose is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Trenton/Ewing, NJ to join our architectural team. You will oversee architectural design phases from schematic design through construction documents, coordinating internal staff and external consultants.

Qualifications include a BS in Architecture and 5+ years of experience in large-scale commercial or institutional projects, with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of architectural experience.
• Experience in moderate to large scale commercial or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PDF programs.
• Excellent design and technical skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, thorough, and engaged.
• Takes ownership of tasks assigned.
• Good communication (written and oral), organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently, based on the scale of a project.
• K-12 Educational design experience is a plus.
• Revit and other computer-generated rendering software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all phases of the design process including contract document production, client meetings and construction administration.
• Manage the preparation of schematic design drawings, design development drawings, construction drawings, and contribute to their preparation in AutoCAD and/or Revit as required.
• Coordinate and manage a multi-person internal team and external engineering consultants.
