Job summary

Datrose is seeking an Architectural Designer/Project Manager for a direct-hire role in Trenton, NJ. The incumbent will work on all phases of the design process, including construction documents in AutoCAD, and will coordinate in-house and external team members.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of architectural experience, be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe programs, and bring experience with commercial or institutional projects. K-12 design experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Architecture or similar field.
• 5-10 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in moderate to large scale commercial or institutional projects is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe programs at a minimum.
• K-12 Educational design experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all phases of the design process including construction document production.
• Prepare schematic design drawings and design development drawings and contribute to construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage in-house team members and consultants in a multi-person team environment.
• May include services related to marketing and office administration.
