Job summary

Acoufelt is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural product projects in the commercial sector from the Closed Won stage through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary client liaison, tracking milestones with Finance, Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects valued at over $3 million in the architectural or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, and client communications.
• PMP certification preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between Acoufelt and clients for all assigned projects, ensuring clear communication.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from Closed Won through completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Finance, Project Design, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics to meet deadlines and specs.
• Provide ongoing client support during installation and post-installation to ensure successful project completion and final payment.
