Job summary

Hart Howerton in West Palm Beach is seeking a licensed Architect with a bachelor’s or master’s degree to join our design team. Ideal candidates will have experience designing custom homes in the Southeast and leading mixed-use and hospitality projects.

You will organize project workflow, structure proposals and fees, and manage both internal and consultant teams, coordinating production, design and drawings while maintaining client contact under senior supervision.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, together with a License in Architecture.

This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for working within a collaborative design environment. Experience managing and coordinating the work of an internal project team and outside consultants and delivering that work to high-profile clients. An ability to work at a variety of project scales and phases, from concept design through construction. Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

This position is currently available in our West Palm Beach office. We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team. Ideally with experience designing custom single-family homes in the Southeast United States or comparable markets, with supporting experience managing, designing, and building mixed-use and hospitality projects in the US and abroad. Forward-thinking candidates who demonstrate applied experience leading collaborative design should apply. Duties include organizing a project workflow; structuring proposals and fees; managing the internal and consultant team; managing the production and coordination of project presentations, design, and working drawings; maintaining direct contact with consultants and, with the oversight of a project’s senior team members, direct contact with clients; and supporting the growth of the West Palm Beach office.
