Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead retail architectural projects in a fully remote role. You will manage projects from conception through completion, leveraging AutoCAD and Revit to develop detailed designs, oversee construction, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Strong leadership and client collaboration are essential for success. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 3 years of PM experience in retail settings,

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing and overseeing all stages of the architectural project, from initial planning and conceptualization to final execution and completion.
2. Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
3. Overseeing the construction process, ensuring all work is carried out according to plan and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality.
5. Leading and managing a team of architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
6. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are met.
7. Coordinating with various departments to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Regularly reviewing and updating project plans and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in architectural project management with retail projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
4. Solid knowledge of construction management and project planning.
5. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain strict quality control procedures.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve project-related issues effectively.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. A professional license in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.
