Job summary

gpac in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-service architecture and engineering firm. The role requires leading projects across Aviation, Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Industrial markets, coordinating design teams, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 8-12+ years of experience, strong client management, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
  • 8-12+ years of professional experience.
  • Architectural license preferred.
  • Client management experience required.
  • Project leadership and management experience required.
  • Revit knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Meet directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive and develop architectural solutions to those goals.
  • Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly.
  • Initiate and create schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of drawings.
  • Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.
  • Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and third-party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for area of conflict with all disciplines.
