Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through all phases of design and construction

PACT Design Studio is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects with a strong focus on higher education work throughout Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently guide projects from programming through construction administration.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life of the project
  • Coordinate and manage consultants across multiple disciplines
  • Mentor and support younger staff within the studio
  • Guide project schedules, budgets, and team communication
  • Participate in programming, planning, and design strategy discussions
  • Help maintain design quality and technical excellence across project delivery
  • Work closely with firm leadership in a highly collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience
