Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• - 5 or more years of architectural experience, including construction document production and coordination.
• - Minimum of 2 years of professional Revit experience required.
• - Strong knowledge of California building codes, architectural detailing, and construction documentation.
• - Experience supporting construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, revisions, and issue resolution.
• - Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• - Ability to provide a portfolio or relevant work samples with application materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• - K-12 educational project experience
• - Architectural license or active pursuit of licensure.
• - Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• - Interest in developing into a long-term leadership role within an architectural practice.
