Job summary

Placement By Design, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the technical design for senior living projects from schematic design through construction, ensuring excellence and coordinating with consultants.

You will develop drawings, specifications, manage shop drawings and submittals, mentor junior staff, and lead client meetings while collaborating with a USA-based project team.

Travel to project sites may be required; a US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in architectural practice
• Senior Living, Multifamily and/or Hospitality project experience preferred
• Architectural registration desired or on path to licensure.
• Proficient in Revit (must have experience putting together full sets of CD's using Revit)
• Able to train and mentor younger staff.
• Capable of coordinating with consultants and communicating with clients.
• Ability to lead client meetings.
• This person will support a Project Manager but will be responsible to lead and manage portions of a project all by themselves.
• Must have architecture experience with projects in the USA.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future.
